Addressing the people, PM Modi said that unlike previous governments that followed a similar housing model,
our government has given priority to the use of locally sourced materials. He said that owner-driven approach
has now been implemented in construction. Block Panchayats play a big role in the Aspirational Block
Programme. New india wants reforms in governance and administration. PM Modi said that the Aspirational
district Program has changed the lives of 25 crore people in 112 districts of the country. People’s lives have
improved. He said that I am confident that just as the Aspirational district Program has been successful,
similarly the Aspirational Block Program will also be 100 percent successful.
Resolution week symbol of success of Team India
PM Modi described the resolution week as the success of Team India. He said that this program (Sankalp
Saptah) is a symbol of the success of Team India. It symbolizes the spirit of everyone's efforts. This program is
also important for the future of India. In this there is a reflection of accomplishment through determination. He
said that we have worked with a very simple strategy for the Aspirational district Programme. If we do not
achieve holistic development and development that is beneficial to all, then the figures may give satisfaction, but
fundamental change is not possible. Therefore, it is important that we move forward by making changes at the
