Extension of custody three times:
He was lodged in rajahmundry Central Jail and appeared before the judge through video. Judge Hima bindu inquired about his health during the trial. The CIT requested the court to extend Naidu's custody for further investigation. The judge asked him to file the petition. Following this, the judge extended his custody for two weeks (October 19). This is the third time Chandrababu Naidu's custody has been extended. Earlier, the custody of chandrababu naidu, who was arrested on september 9, has been extended till september 22. Following this, Setbumper was extended from 24th to 5th October. Chandrababu Naidu moves supreme Court:
Chandrababu Naidu filed a case in the supreme court against the Andhra high court order. The case is being heard by a bench comprising Aniruddha Bose and Bela M. Trivedi. The supreme court heard the case as an emergency on the 3rd, and the judges asked Mukul Rohitki to submit all the documents submitted to the high court in connection with the case.

Later, senior advocates Harish Salve, abhishek Singhvi, and siddharth Luthra, who appeared in the supreme court on behalf of chandrababu naidu, said, "This is nothing but a political case. Strict provisions of Section 17A are applicable in this case. FIR after FIR is being registered. This case has been registered due to regime change." said.
