In the Skill Development scam case, former chief minister and tdp chief chandrababu naidu was arrested last month by the andhra pradesh CID. He remains in judicial remand at rajahmundry Central Jail. Family members and tdp leaders have been meeting with him during his incarceration.

The CID explained to the court that Nara lokesh, Naidu's son, was not listed as an accused in the Skill Development scam case. The CID assured the court that lokesh would not be arrested due to his non-involvement. If Lokesh's name were to be included in the case, standard legal procedures, such as those outlined in Section 41A, would be followed.

Lokesh had previously filed an anticipatory bail petition in the Skill Development scam case. The andhra pradesh high court initiated an investigation into this matter without his arrest. CID lawyers provided explanations to the court, emphasizing that there were no plans to arrest lokesh in the case since his name was not originally included in the case. However, they made it clear that if the CID intended to include Lokesh's name in the case, appropriate legal procedures would be followed.

Meanwhile, the andhra pradesh high court postponed the hearing on Chandrababu Naidu's bail petition in the Skill Development scam case to the 17th of this month. In a similar vein, the high court has completed the hearing on tdp leader Chandrababu Naidu's anticipatory bail petition in the Angallu case. After considering the arguments from both sides, the court has reserved its verdict, which is scheduled to be announced on Friday.
