As the date of assembly elections in rajasthan is coming closer, the enthusiasm of all the political parties has

increased. At present the nomination process is going on in the entire state. However, in Mewar, candidates will

file their nominations on 3, 4 and 6 November. There are still such seats in Mewar where both bjp and Congress

have not declared their candidates. This year, the newly formed tribal party has fielded candidates on 22

assembly seats of Rajasthan. The stature of the party can be gauged from the fact that it had won in 21 colleges

in the student union elections contested under the party’s banner.

Soon after the formation of Adivasi party, it surprised everyone by winning 21 colleges and speculations started

in the political circles about the new equation. Now this party has contested the assembly elections for the first

time. The party we are talking about is the indian Tribal Party. Bharatiya Adivasi party has released its 4 lists

and declared 22 candidates so far. Earlier it was being said by the party that it will field its candidates on 17 out

of 28 reserved seats of Mewar and Vagad.

What is the party's plan regarding the elections?

Bharatiya Tribal party has now changed its decision and is preparing vigorously to contest elections on 25 tribal

reserved assembly seats out of 200 assembly seats in Rajasthan. The party has also fielded its candidates on 5 out

of 22 general assembly seats, although tribal voters have a big influence on these seats too. Bharatiya Adivasi

Party's national president Mohan Lal Rot told ABP that there are still some seats for which candidates are yet to

be announced. The party will field candidates on all reserved seats.
