Voting for madhya pradesh assembly elections took place on 17 november and its results will be declared on 3

December. The election commission has started preparations for counting the votes. For this, the Election

Commission will conduct training with demo on 30th november and 3rd december at Nehru Stadium. During

the assembly elections, the employees were given training about four times before the polling party, this time the

pattern of training was also changed. This time hands on training was also given to the employees. The result

was that neither the mock poll nor the voting received many complaints.

Keeping this in mind, more focus is being given on vote counting. Earlier only two trainings were given to the

counting officers, but this time three trainings will be given. Which started from monday (27 November). In the

training conducted in two shifts, in the first shift more than 500 officers were trained, who will count the closed

votes in the control unit. Whereas in the second shift, training was given to those counting postal ballot papers

and micro observers.

1018 employees will be given training

During this, Nodal Officer RP Ahirwar reached each room and discussed with the officers taking training. Nodal

officer RP Ahirwar said that training is being given in 10 different rooms. This time too the focus is on hands-on

training, so that the scope for error during vote counting is minimized. He said that we are currently training

people in 10 rooms or the counting has started and in total we will be training 1018 employees.
