
A cabinet meeting was held in madhya pradesh capital bhopal on tuesday (April 29) under the chairmanship of chief minister Mohan Yadav, in which many important decisions related to the administrative system of the state, the interests of employees and environmental protection were taken.
Urban Administration minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, while giving information to the media after the meeting, said that the cabinet has approved important proposals related to transfer policy, dearness allowance hike, green energy project and ban on stubble burning.
Transfers will be done from May 1 to May 30
The cabinet has set clear guidelines for this year's transfer session. The time limit for transfer has been fixed from May 1 to May 30. No transfer will be done after this. All departments have been instructed to do the transfer process only through e-office system. The number of transfers has been limited according to the total number of posts. In this, maximum 20 percent transfer up to 200 posts, maximum 15 percent from 201 to 1000 posts, maximum 10 percent from 1001 to 2000 posts, maximum 5 percent for more than 2001 posts. Apart from this, if any department wants to make its own transfer policy, then it can do so by getting approval from the General Administration Department.
Dearness allowance now 55 percent
As per the announcement made earlier by the chief minister, now government employees will get increased dearness allowance. The cabinet has officially approved it. 3 percent increase from July 1, 2 percent increase from january 1. Thus, with a total increase of 5 percent, the state government employees will now get 55 percent dearness allowance, which will be equal to the employees of the central government.
A step towards green energy
At the same time, the state government has taken a big decision towards promoting green energy. madhya pradesh and Uttar Pradesh governments will jointly set up a solar plant of 2000 MW capacity. This project can prove to be a milestone towards self-reliance in the field of renewable energy and environmental protection in the state.
