Samajwadi Party's sambhal mp Zia-ur-Rehman Barq's troubles are not decreasing. He was being investigated for inciting riots in sambhal, while now the electricity department has imposed a fine of 1.91 crores and now he has no option left. This fine was imposed after an investigation of electricity theft at the MP's house. Discussions are in full swing in sambhal regarding the fine on the MP. Executive engineer of electricity Department sambhal Naveen gautam said that a final notice has been sent to sambhal mp Zia-ur-Rehman Barq. Now he has the option of paying it or knocking the door of the court.

This notice of the electricity department has been sent to mp Zia-ur-Rehman when he is already stuck in many cases. According to the electricity department, a raid was conducted at mp Burke's residence on 19 december last year. During this, the electricity team found two connections of two kilowatts at the MP's residence, one in the name of Zia ur Rehman and the other in the name of his grandfather, former mp Dr. Shafiqur rahman Burke. While the consumption in both the meters was zero, after which an investigation was conducted on suspicion of electricity theft, and the theft was detected. After this, a fine of Rs 1.91 crore was imposed.

Fine not paid yet

Till now neither any fine has been paid by the mp nor any notice has been replied to. After which now a final notice has been given against him. After this RC will be cut.

mp did not respond

On the other hand, no response has come from the mp or his representative against the action of the electricity department. But it is believed that the MP's side will now knock the doors of the court regarding this matter. The mp himself had also accused the local police-administration of deliberately implicating and intimidating him.
