Call it the inefficiency of the congress government or the wrong judgement by the Telugu Desam Party but the Telangana issue which could have been removed right at its ground level was given an unneeded hype and today some political groups are taking the maximum advantage with its name.
The first in that list is TRS. For each and everything they try to link it with Telangana but then they have a clever formula. If there is success then Telangana is the cause and if it is failure then Telangana has nothing to do with it. The recent Coop polls saw no Telangana effect but TRS says those polls have nothing to do with the agenda.
But when the APSRTC elections happened then Telangana unions won and TRS came in between quoting it was due to the Telangana movement. That way, the TRS is maintaining double standards using the name of Telangana. A true Telangana seeker will not have anything to do with election but that doesn’t seem to be the case with the groups who shout for separate Telangana.
