The Telangana issue has almost died down and everyone is busy preparing for the elections in 2014. If the congress government retains its power after that then maybe they might continue dragging it but if any other government comes then we have to see what stand they would take.
In between, the boys in Delhi have been coming up with statements on and off which are mocking the Telangana issue and this is giving enough fodder for the Telangana seekers to create disturbances in Andhra Pradesh. At one point the heat was very high but now even the people got used to it.
The damages have happened in a big way to the state but it can be said that part of the blame falls on the big boys at Delhi who have used statements like 'Telangana is not like cutting a cake or making a Dosa’. Whenever they slip our boys here take full advantage of that and flip. Sad but true..
