Many have send their resignations to Speakers and many turned as Potti Sriramulu by overnight in SA after CWC announced it’s decision on Telangana. Some were participated in Cabinet meetings directly though they resigned. And some MPs and MLAs argued that they are waiting for the approval of Speaker. Resigned legislators were enjoyed all perks and perquisites from the Govt.
Two days back also, Pallam Raju submitted his resignation to PM directly and yesterday he participated in programme attended by President. Panabaka, Chiru and Kavuri engaged their programmes in the country and outside ignoring people demand. Lagadapati went to court on LS Speaker for getting approval of his resignation. Congress high Command holds their resignations without getting approved. As per sources from PMO office, we didn’t receive any fax resignations from SA. People could not believe all their resignation dramas.
TDP MLA from Putaparthi Palle Raghunath Reddy is different to others in this regard. He is the first elected representative from this segment after it formed in 2009. Like others, Raghunath Reddy also respond against to Congress decision. He starts fasting against to the decision and police disrupts the fasting, his wife Palle Uma also joins in fasting. After that he resigned for his MLA. The resignation hasn’t get approved by the Speaker. Like other, he also receiving salary perks and other benefits from the Govt. Palle Raghunath Reddy surrender assigned gun men to the govt and Govt vehicles. Reportedly, he donates his salary to SA JAC without taking single paisa since last two months. SA people and agitators haven’t resisted him to join in the moment unlike other political party representatives.
