Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab faced each other in the 4th match of IPL 2019. Rahane won the toss and opted to bowl. Chris Gayle started at a snail pace and Kings XI were just 68 for 2 in the first 10 overs. But 116 came from the last 10 as Gayle pressed the gas.

He was on 28 off 26 but the next 21 deliveries fetched him 51 runs. Royals struck back with Gayle's wicket but Sarfaraz ensured Kings XI finish with a flourish. Mayank Agarwal was confident at the halfway mark about their team score. Then, Royals came to bat. Jos Buttler and Ajinkya Rahane opened the innings.

JC Butler was taking RR to a safe zone. But Ashwin has Mankaded Butler in a controversial run-out. Even veteran Indian player Srikanth slammed Ashwin for not showing sportsmanship. In the end, Kings XI won by a margin of 14 runs.
