On social media, frightening footage of a wild elephant assaulting a government bus in tamil Nadu's Nilgiris recently gone viral. The footage, which was uploaded on twitter depicts the terrifying occurrence in which a furious elephant charges toward the bus, smashing the windshield.


The elephant racing at the bus then smashing the glass as the driver attempts to reverse the bus is seen in the video shot from inside the bus. After some time, the driver stands up and directs the elephant's focus on himself while the passengers safely disembark from the bus. We should appreciate the bus driver for being calm and doing what was necessary to save the passengers. Even the internet praised his bravery and the coolness with which he handled the situation.

The frightening post, which was uploaded on Sept 25, has received over 70K hits and is still growing. people were terrified by the footage and applauded the calm driver for properly rescuing the passengers. Many others also stated that highways built in the midst of elephant routes should be removed. While one stated, " To deal with such situations, drivers must have the courage and calm to do so."
