Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai' fame Vidisha Srivastava did a maternity photoshoot, talked about her pregnancy journey
Recently, pregnant TV actress Vidisha Srivastava has opened up about her pregnancy journey.
Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai' fame Vidisha Srivastava aka 'Anita Bhabhi' is expecting her first child in July 2023. The actress tied the knot with Sayak Paul, who works with a coal mining company, in december 2018. The couple recently did a maternity photoshoot and also talked about their new phase.

Vidisha said, “I have always been bold about my clothing choices and love and accept my body the way it is. I wanted to do a photoshoot that reminded me of how I used to look during my pregnancy. This photoshoot was about accepting and respecting myself for who I am. I wanted to keep it real and full of love.
Talking about her pregnancy, she says, “I will keep shooting till the time I can. I get up, walk around, talk to people and shoot comic scenes. Everyone tells me that the kid will be a born actor. I will take a short break for about a month after the delivery and will resume work as soon as possible.”

He said, “The production house is very friendly and the unit keeps giving me breaks during the day. I design my clothes in such a way that my baby bump is not visible. I am very excited to welcome the baby boy. I am going through many changes both physically and emotionally. I do have mood swings, but I am trying to enjoy this phase as much as I can."

She further adds, “I am not a mother yet and I am sure that when I hold my child in my arms, I will feel a range of emotions. I am used to balancing my professional life and will continue to manage it. I am a superwoman.

Vidisha shared that the pregnancy was unplanned, but as soon as she came to know about it, her happiness knew no bounds. She says, “God's plans are the best. My husband has been my strongest support and will fly from ranchi to mumbai after my delivery. However, I didn't know how to break the news to my producers, as I got pregnant 10 months after joining the show. The producer congratulated me for this surprise. I was sure about being able to manage the shoot, as Saumya Tandon (earlier Anita Bhabhi) had also shot for the show during her pregnancy.

A source from the show 'Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain' had told ETimes in march 2023, "Vidisha is six months pregnant. people haven't been able to figure it out yet as her baby bump is not very obvious She will take a maternity break of around three months after the delivery. We will keep a bank of episodes and her scenes ready in advance so that the break doesn't affect the show. When Saumya Tandon (the real Anita Bhabhi) went on a four-month maternity break , so that's exactly what we did.
