The Second Wave of Corona has caused huge destruction in india and the entire Nation is battling against the deadly virus. Now, Actor ajith has donated Rs 25 lakh to tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund to help the state in the Covid-19 fight. He made the donation via bank transfer today. Ajith's PRO Mr.Suresh Chandraa took twitter to confirm the same. He also issued a press release regarding the donation.


On May 11, tamil Nadu chief minister MK stalin requested public and private organizations to donate to the tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMPRF) to help in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. After the appeal, several actors and technicians from the film industry have donated money to help people in need. 


Earlier, Actor surya, karthi, and Sivakumar donated Rs.1 Crore on behalf of their family. Now, ajith has stepped forward and made a contribution of Rs.25 Lakhs to the cm Relief fund. Apart from them, director AR murugadoss also donated Rs.25 Lakhs to tamil Nadu Chief Minister's relief fund. We can expect other actors to follow in their footsteps and we can expect more donations in the coming days. Check out the official tweet below,
