Army Mi 17 V5 helicopter crash shocks..Proper investigation is required!!!

Helicopter crashes in Coonoor Hill. DMDK leader Vijayakanth said it was "shocking" that a helicopter carrying army officers had crashed in the Coonoor hills. The helicopter carrying the Commander-in-Chief of the indian army, Bipin Rawat, along with his family and bodyguards crashed near Coonoor in the Nilgiris district. At 11.47 am, the Mi 17 V5 helicopter took off for Coonoor from the Sulur air Force Base. There were 14 people in it, including General Bipin Rawat and his wife Madhulika Rawat. It took 5-10 minutes to land at Wellington Military School, but unfortunately, the helicopter crashed. It was reported that the helicopter crashed in the dense forest and caught fire for more than an hour. So far 13 people have been reported dead.

In this connection, DMDK leader Vijayakanth posted on his twitter, “The army helicopter crashed in the Nilgiris on the hill station commander of the 3rd Brigade Bipin Rawat has crashed, drowning 11 people so far. The cause of the accident should be ascertained and a proper investigation should be conducted. I pray to god that those injured in the accident will heal soon. I extend my deepest condolences and sympathies to the victims of the accident.
