Delhi police has confirmed the recovery of 35 pieces of Shraddha Walker's body. police officials told the media on monday that the weapons recovered after interrogation of Aftab Amin Poonawala, accused in the Shraddha murder case, are the same ones with which he had cut Shraddha's body into pieces. However, the police have not clarified whether all the weapons used in Shraddha's murder have been recovered or something else is still left. A few days ago also it was reported that 5 big meat-cutting knives used to cut Shraddha's body into pieces have been recovered, but the saw used in this work is still missing.
Aftab is kept in Tihar jail
Aftab was sent to judicial custody for 13 days after the police remand was over. In tihar jail, he has been kept in jail number-4, where he is being monitored 24 hours with the help of CCTV cameras.
Polygraph test is also going on
Aftab's polygraph test is also going on at the Forensic Science Laboratory from 11 am on monday morning. Earlier last week, the first phase of Aftab's polygraph test was done on tuesday as well, but after this the next phases of the test could not be completed due to his illness on Wednesday, thursday and Friday.
Got second girlfriend from dating app
It has also been revealed that Aftab had made another girlfriend, who is a psychologist by profession. According to police sources, Aftab had also come in contact with this woman through the same dating app through which he had trapped Shraddha in his clutches. This female psychologist was called by Aftab to his flat in Mehrauli even when he had cut Shraddha into pieces and kept them in the freezer. delhi police has also interrogated this woman.
