Chandrayaan 3 : Landing postponed to august 27...?

Prior to the august 23 soft landing of Chandrayaan-3, a senior scientist from isro stated on monday that the national space agency will only proceed with the landing if the weather is favourable that day; if not, a new attempt will be made on august 27. We will determine whether or not it will be appropriate to land Chandrayaan-3 at that time, two hours prior to its scheduled landing, based on the lander module's condition and the lunar environment. We will land the module on the moon on august 27 if any circumstances don't seem favourable, according to Nilesh M. Desai, director of ISRO's Space Applications Centre, who spoke to a news agency.
Nonetheless, Desai expressed confidence that the mission's lander module, Vikram, will arrive at the lunar surface in accordance with the original plan. Vikram's landing attempt is scheduled for august 23 (Wednesday) just after 6 p.m., according to ISRO. If successful, india will join the United States, China, and russia as the only other nations to have achieved a soft landing on the moon. But now that Russia's Luna-25 mission has recently failed, india has a chance to become the first nation to successfully accomplish a soft landing on the Moon's south pole, which is the intended landing site for Chandrayaan-3.
