After finishing a two-wheeler riding training curriculum designed to empower female outsourced workers, over 110 women graduated and obtained licences. Leading the project was the campus administration of BITS Pilani Hyderabad, in partnership with Pure Electric Scooters and MOWO Social Initiatives. The program's objective is to provide women who work in security, cleaning, and gardening the fundamental driving skills they need.
 
The company supplied two electric scooters, which were utilised to make the training easier. According to BITS Pilani Hyderabad, instructors R. dharani and K. Nandini led the students through driving instruction and helped them get their driver's licences. The programme was expanded to include housemaids and members of the community in order to promote empowerment and inclusiveness on the BITS campus.
