The state's Additional Advocate General (AAG), Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy, and ap Chief minister jagan mohan reddy have come under fire from APCC President sharmila for reportedly including YS Rajashekar Reddy's name in the cbi charge sheet. She said that jagan was the one who proposed adding their father, YS Rajashekar reddy, to the cbi charge sheet. Speaking today in Kadapa, sharmila claimed that jagan intended to get YSR's name on the cbi charge sheet to gain immunity. In this regard, he approached Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy for assistance.

She said that by submitting applications to the cbi court, the High Court, and even the supreme Court, they both attempted to add YSR's name to the charge sheet. In addition, sharmila claims that Arun Kumar undavalli confirmed Jagan's involvement in the situation during a recent meeting.

She said that undavalli had told her about Sudhakar's attempts to use the three courts to add YSR's name to the cbi charge sheet. sharmila said that within a week after taking on the Chief Ministerial job, jagan nominated ysr as Additional Advocate General in return for helping to get his name on the charge sheet.
