The value of this 7-acre land is Rs. 9.85 crore. For this, Rs. 68.95 lakhs have been paid as stamp duty and Rs. 30 thousand as registration fee. This deed registration was completed in march itself. As KL Rahul's value has been increasing in the last few years, it is seen that he has started investing in real estate.
