samantha Ruth Prabhu's unwavering commitment to wellness and fitness never fails to inspire her fans.  The actress, who is well-known for leading a strict lifestyle, recently talked candidly about her health philosophy with celebrity dietitian Ryan Fernando. She disclosed that she currently eats an anti-inflammatory diet, highlighting how her eating patterns have changed significantly from her adolescence to adulthood, becoming much more rigorous and thoughtful.

"I didn't realize that it was not just about the weight, but also about inflammation that could manifest in many other ways," samantha Ruth Prabhu stated in the interview. I mostly eat anti-inflammatory foods. In essence, it's about identifying and getting rid of what doesn't work for you. The actress said she was thin and never put on weight when she was younger. samantha believed that anything she ate would not have an impact on her health.

Samantha acknowledged that she doesn't indulge in cheat days.  She has become used to eating the same thing every day and enjoys it. "I prepare dinner, lunch, and breakfast.  I think I mostly eat smoothies for breakfast.  After this, there is lunch and dinner.
 
Samantha Ruth Prabhu pays close attention to what she eats, particularly when it comes to vegetables.  The actress disclosed that she likes to include foods high in nutrients in her diet, such as broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts.  She did acknowledge, though, that she dislikes kale and spinach.

Samantha also mentioned that she frequently incorporates acai berries, celery, turmeric, ghee, and a variety of cold-pressed oils that are high in healthy fats into her meals.  It's interesting to note that she doesn't use a high-end personal chef.  To make sure she maintains her nutrition, her aide has learned to cook for her and frequently goes with her to shoots.
