Actor Darshan: The supreme court has given a shock to actor Darshan today and canceled his bail granted by the High Court. Know what the supreme court has reasoned behind this.

The supreme court has now canceled the bail granted to kannada actor Darshan in the Renukaswamy murder case. After this, the police will arrest the actor. Earlier yesterday, the supreme court had reserved the decision while hearing the petition of the karnataka government regarding the cancellation of bail.

The karnataka high court granted darshan bail. A bench of Justice jb Pardiwala and Justice R mahadevan quashed the order of the karnataka high court, saying that there are many flaws in it. The bench said, "We considered everything. Even on granting and canceling bail. It is clear that there are serious flaws in the order of the High Court; rather, it reflects a mechanical process, and the high court examined it in the pre-trial itself." The bench further said that the trial court is the only appropriate forum. The bail is confirmed with strong allegations and forensic evidence. Therefore, the bail of the petitioner is cancelled.

The decision came on an appeal filed by the karnataka government against the High Court's december 13, 2024, order granting bail to Darshan and the co-accused.

Actor Darshan, actress Pavitra Gowda, and several others are accused of kidnapping and torturing a fan named Renukaswamy, 33. Who allegedly sent obscene messages to Pavitra. On the petition of the state government, the supreme court had issued notices to Darshan, Pavitra Gowda, and others on january 24.
