Milk Rate Hike: Rise in milk price again!!!

Mother Dairy has increased the price of full cream milk by Rs 1 per litre and token milk by Rs 2 per litre in Delhi-NCR. The new prices will take effect on Monday. Mother Dairy said that due to the increase in cost, the price of milk has increased. Mother Dairy, which supplies more than 30 lakh litres of milk per day in Delhi-NCR, has increased the prices of milk for the fourth time this year.

The price of full-cream milk did not increase

According to a corporate spokeswoman, Mother Dairy has raised the cost of full cream milk f by Rs 1 to Rs 64 per litre. The cost of full-cream milk offered in half-litre packages has not changed, though.

From Monday, tokenized milk will cost Rs 50 per litre. It is currently being marketed for Rs 48 per litre. Given that food inflation is already high at the moment, the increase in milk costs will have an impact on the household budget.

Mother Dairy's cleanliness behind

According to Mother Dairy, the cost of buying raw milk from dairy farmers has increased, which has resulted in price increases. Mother Dairy expressed that this year a huge gap is being seen in the demand and supply of milk in the dairy industry.

Mother Dairy claimed that the unstable monsoon and increased cost of fodder have reduced the availability of raw milk. Mother Dairy said that apart from this the demand for pasteurized milk has increased a lot.
