Twitter is not just the country but the world's most popular microblogging website. It is through this twitter that politicians and movie superstars use it to keep their followers in contact. But twitter monitors every tweet sent by the user due to the new IT legislation established in the nation. That's why the post was removed on friday by twitter India congress MP and former National leader rahul Gandhi.


The charge against the delhi congress leader for revealing the name of the delhi victim of nangal rape and thereby breaching Article 23 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 74 Act 228A of the indian Penal code (Juvenile Justice) was lodged after rahul gandhi tweeted (IPC).

 Rahul was said to have posted in this tweet a photo of the girl's parents rape. On wednesday the former National Chairman of the congress, rahul gandhi, met the family, following the rape and killing of a kid in Delhi. He published a photo on his twitter after the meeting, which included the parents of the victim. The National Child Rights Commission called for action on the twitter handle that would violate children's rights and pox laws by posting the photograph on Twitter. This requires the removal of the tweet from Twitter.
