Pupils can apply to join the Polytechnic's first year courses starting July 1, according to Higher education minister Ponmudi, and preparations have been prepared in government schools for students to enroll online for engineering degrees.

From 1.7.2022, applications for admission to Polytechnic programmes are being accepted online. It will begin for students who are eligible to enroll in the first year once the results of the Class X examination are released. Similarly, the enrollment timetable for students studying Plus 1 and Plus 2 in Polytechnic for the second year is being issued today.

Polytechnic college enrollment was initially low, but has since improved. With the goal of increasing student enrolment in polytechnic colleges, we implemented 10 new curricula this year in 13 polytechnic colleges. The ten new courses are aimed at improving employment opportunities, particularly for students.

Following the completion of the NEET examination, an admission notice for engineering courses will be published. It is tough for students to apply to engineering programs immediately. As a result, plans have been made to notify the minister of school education about the availability of online application services in all government schools. In addition, plans have been made to accept applications from 100 different places. He stated that all of the work has been completed for students to apply online in order to avoid any inconsistencies.
