These provide very important nutrients to our bodies. However, the fiber is completely removed from Maida flour during its preparation.

Maida is harmful to the body:

Dr. Ranjana Singh said that in the absence of fiber, along with food, it gets stuck in the intestines. Constipation problems may also occur due to this. It also causes indigestion. When maida is made from flour, all the protein and fiber of the flour are destroyed. Because of this, it acts as an acid. As it absorbs and pulls calcium from the bones, it weakens the bones.
Other Side Effects of Maida Consumption:

Maida contains a high amount of starch, due to which obesity increases, and gradually bad cholesterol and triglyceride level in the blood also starts increasing. So, if you want to reduce your weight, avoid eating maida.

Maida flour in excess is harmful:

Eating large quantities of maida flour increases blood sugar levels. Due to this, more glucose starts accumulating in the blood. It creates chemical reactions in the body. Due to this, the risk of developing gout and heart disease develops.
