Akbar asked Birbal, “why is there so much disparity between any two persons in this world? Some people have to sleep with empty stomach since they do not have money enough to even Buy food. While there are others who have so much that they have to throw food after filling Their bellies. Why has God created so much difference when he is the one has made everyone?” Birbal answered, “Sir, God has created these differences in order to make the world move. If he does not do this, the life would stop moving.” Akbar was curious to know what it exactly Meant. So, he asked, Birbal answered, “Your Majesty, there are so many people working in your Court. But you do not pay the same remuneration to all of them. You pay two hundred to some, Three hundred to some and different amounts to others. Through they all have to fill their stomachs Yet you pay them according to the work they do. Every person has a different talent and gets Paid according. That is how God also works.”
