Simbhu never had a release for three years and after lots of barricades he released Vaalu'. Though the movie is flop, he got a new lease of life. But later the actor got involved in sangam elections and he spoiled himself. Now he is back to roots and it seems his current project 'Kaan' might get dropped.
Selvaraghavan directs the project 'Kaan' with STR doing lead role. Gitanjali Selvaraghavan and Siddharth Rao produce the movie together on behalf of Glo Studios.
Jagpathi Babu, Taapsee and Catherine Tresa are part of the cast. The movie right from start faced problems. Trisha who was roped in walked out at the last minute and Catherine Tresa replaced her. Now due to unknown reasons the project was stopped on a temporary note. The director himself tweeted and confirmed the news.
