Previously, he had also played a princely role in Rudhramadevi as well. Currently, he's busy shooting for his Telugu/Tamil bilingual 1945, in which he'll be playing an Indian national Army soldier under Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, and this movie is directed by Sathya Siva.
The actor recently spilled the beans on his next commitment as well, where he'll yet again get to play a royal king role. This time it's gonna be a Malayalam/Telugu flick, in which he'll play king Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma of Travancore. This movie is in pre-production stages, and is directed by veteran maker K Madhu, and is bankrolled by Seven Arts.
