Mahesh Babu was said to have been cast as the leading man in madhu mantena and Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana 3D. mahesh bhatt was said to be joining deepika padukone alongside hrithik roshan in the film. According to a fresh rumour in bollywood Hungama, Mahesh reportedly refused the offer and has opted to focus on SS Rajamouli's next film.


“Madhu and Nitesh want to begin filming for Ramayana around mid-2022, and the dates match on the next film by India's most famous filmmaker, SS Rajamouli. Mahesh's decision of rajamouli over the Ramayana remake was apparent, according to a source. Rajamouli's father, legendary screenwriter Vijayendra Prasad, stated in a recent statement that they were intending to use elements from renowned South African novelist Wilbur Smith's writings for the film's script.

After the release of his latest film, RRR, rajamouli would then helm Mahesh Babu. mahesh babu with Rajamouli's film would be set in Africa and has been billed as an action-adventure thriller. Mahesh is also working on his next film, Sarkari Vaari Paata and The movie's first look would be released on august 9th, the flick would be released in the first festive month of 2022.
