Samyukta Menon, a Keralan actress who abandoned her last name as a statement of equality, is currently creating waves in the tollywood industry. She is currently thriving as a result of her leading performances in Dhanush's "Sir," as well as Pawan Kalyan's "Bhimla Nayak" and kalyan Ram's "Bimbisara" before that. Her outstanding performances and track record of success have given her the nickname "golden leg" in the telugu cinema industry.

Recently, she received a call from a prominent production company asking her to play the lead in a big-budget movie starring a well-known actor. According to reports, she requested a fee of more over one crore, which the producers thought was excessive given her background. She has only taken the lead roles in her work with Dhanush's film "Sir," although it was a supporting character in the other two films. Despite these reservations, they were impressed by her success record and so they negotiated until both sides reached an agreement.

This friday marks the release of her new movie "Virupaksha," which also stars Sai Dharam Tej. In addition to her previous endeavours, she will be seen in Devil, the upcoming movie by kalyan Ram. This is their second time working together on a film. To her luck, today's release Virupaksha also has been declared as a Blockbuster.
