One of the most well-known directors in tamil cinema, Selvaraghavan has established a name for himself via his eccentric tastes and creative works that have received both critical acclaim and box office success. 7G Rainbow Colony, which was released in 2004 to widespread acclaim, is without a doubt one of his greatest works as a filmmaker.

According to the most recent sources, Selvaraghavan is preparing to develop a sequel to the movie that will continue the events shown in the first one. In the planned sequel, ravi krishna will reprise his character from the first movie, and we'll encounter him at a later point in his life. Selvaraghavan is nearing the end of the writing, and in the upcoming months, pre-production will begin on the movie. Since the movie will be following the story quite a few years after the events that ended the first one, there will be significant cast changes from the first one.
