A few months ago, an unknown person entered Saif ali Khan's house and attacked him, in which he got injured and Saif suffered serious injuries and that person was arrested.
How does the police take action?
In such cases, the police take strict action. First of all, any old enmity is looked into. Like in salman Khan's case, the angle of Lawrence Bishnoi gang runs. In such a situation, if any suspicious activity happens with salman khan, the police arrest the accused and interrogate him. In this case, action can be taken under section 329(1). Under this, it is based on voluntarily causing serious injury, grabbing any property or valuable thing or forcing the victim to do any illegal work. In case of causing serious injury, the punishment can be life imprisonment as well as a fine can also be imposed.
In which cases is a case registered
If someone's personal property or security of the house is breached, then IPC section 457, 454 or 455 can be applied. In these sections also, different punishments have been prescribed for breaking in according to the time and situation. If someone breaks in during the day with the intention of theft, then both section 454 and 380 can be applied on him. Whereas if someone breaks in at night and commits theft, then both section 457 and 380 are applicable on him.
