In a conversation with bollywood Hungama, chitrangada singh said, 'I think every film has a different genre. There is a tune and a rhythm for it.' She responded to the fact that it is said that Housefull 5 objectifies. chitrangada singh said, 'Whatever akshay kumar did is not 'Housefull 5'. She has done films like Padman, Toilet: Ek prem Katha and Kesari.
Chitrangada further said that as an artist she has played roles ranging from socially empowered women to glamorous ones. She said, 'I have worked in films like Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi and Inkaar, I have played very strong characters but as an actress, those characters are also a part of me. I have also acted in songs like Kafirana and Kundi, it does not mean that I am also like that.'
Chitrangada said, 'This film is different. It has been approved by the censor board. I think sometimes we need to be in a different mood. Not everything is politically or socially correct. We cannot drive everyone by a stick. The purpose of the film is to entertain.' Let us tell you that 'Housefull 5', directed by Tarun Mansukhani, is an adult comedy.
