Bollywood actor suniel shetty has approached the bombay high court to safeguard his personality rights.


The actor filed a petition citing unauthorized commercial use of his photographs by various websites and social media platforms.


Shetty is seeking:


Immediate removal of his photos from these platforms.


A permanent restraint on future unauthorized usage.
