She recently purchased a high-value property in Bharat Arise, Goregaon, Mumbai.
The retail unit measures 1,817 sq ft and includes one dedicated parking slot.
According to reports, kajol bought this commercial space in march 2025 for ₹28.78 crore.
Details of the Lease Agreement
Kajol has rented out her Goregaon property to hdfc Bank.
The agreement is valid for 9 years, offering her long-term financial gains.
The lease was signed on november 14, 2025.
It was registered with:
Stamp Duty: ₹5.61 lakh
Registration Fee: ₹30,000
Kajol has also collected a security deposit of ₹27.61 lakh from the bank.

Monthly Rent: ₹6.9 lakh
Steady monthly income secured for the initial lease period.

Rent increases by 15%

New Monthly Rent: ₹9.13 lakh

Over the full 9-year term, Kajol is expected to earn ₹8.6 crore in rental income.

She is currently appearing on her talk show “Too Much with kajol and Twinkle,” co-hosted with Twinkle Khanna.
She also has an upcoming action-thriller film titled “Maharagni: queen of Queens.”
Reports suggest that actors prabhu deva and naseeruddin shah may feature in significant roles in the film.
