Pawandeep Rajan Recalls Near-Fatal Road Accident
Singer Pawandeep Rajan, winner of indian idol 12, narrowly escaped death in May this year.
He suffered multiple serious injuries in a horrific road accident.
After 6–7 months, he shared his experience and recovery journey for the first time.
The accident Day
The accident occurred on May 5, near Moradabad, while Pawandeep was traveling to delhi to catch a flight to ahmedabad for a live show.
His car collided with a parked truck around 3 a.m., causing severe damage.
Initially, no one came to help, and he was trapped inside the car as it caught fire.
Police arrived, rescued him, and he was then taken to a hospital.
He suffered fractures in both legs, a broken right hand, and a head injury.
Pawandeep immediately contacted his family, focusing on getting treatment quickly.
Medical Treatment and Surgeries
He was first admitted to a government hospital near the accident site.
Later, he was transferred to a better hospital in Delhi-NCR for multiple surgeries.
His injuries required extensive medical care and a long recovery period.
Slow Recovery Process
Initially, he couldn’t move from side to side for the first month.
Gradually, he started walking and regained partial use of his hand.
He described the experience as a life lesson, emphasizing the importance of positivity and acceptance.
Pawandeep has also resumed playing the guitar and hopes his mobility and strength will continue to improve in the coming months.
