Manish Sisodia arrest: Kejriwal's directive to MLAs...

Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain, two senior ministers, left the delhi Cabinet on Tuesday, making room for two new appointees to join chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's Cabinet.

"It is unfortunate that our two ministers, who were working diligently for the people of delhi, have resigned as a result of the bjp government's conspiracies," said AAP spokesman Saurabh Bharadwaj. Six officials and the chief minister make up Delhi's small Cabinet. The most significant responsibilities were being managed by the two senior ministers. To ensure that the work is not impacted by their absence, two new ministers will be appointed shortly.

The aam aadmi party has suffered a major setback after the arrest of delhi Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia. After this, questions are being raised on the slogans of fighting corruption of the party. In such a situation, party convenor and delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal has started the exercise to recover from this setback. Under this, first the resignations of Sisodia, who held the second position in the party, and another veteran leader, Satyendra Jain, who was in jail, were obtained. On Wednesday, as a next step, it was decided to go public to convert Sisodia's arrest into an 'opportunity'. For this, all the MLAs have been instructed to run 'door-to-door' campaign in their respective areas.
