The much hyped political star of recent years in Telugu states, Power Star Pawan Kalyan does not seem to be bothered about the insults being meted out to Andhra Pradesh by the BJP leadership in full glare of entire country. This is happening at a time when expectations are high from him.
It is known that Congress party’s Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandra Rao has recently moved a private bill for granting special category status to Andhra Pradesh. This happened amid some dramatic twists and turns and the central government was prepared with its moves.
The BJP leader in Rajya Sabha and Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that this is a money bill and hence it cannot be brought directly in Rajya Sabha. He added that it can only be brought through Lok Sabha. This dealt a jolt to the move by KVP Ramachandra Rao.
The people of Andhra Pradesh remember Pawan had promised to question the Centre if it fails AP but he has now completely failed the people of AP. Many are asking as to where is Pawan hiding now at a time when the BJP is denying every assurance given for Seemandhra.
