Emirates Airline Flight from India has made an emergency landing at Dubai International Airport, The news was confirmed by Dubai Government Media Office through Official Twitter account. So far there were no reported casualties. Emirates airlines confirmed that 275 Passengers were on board.
The Official statement reads, "Emirates can confirm that today, 3rd August 2016, flight EK521 travelling from Trivandrum International Airport in Thiruvananthapuram, India to Dubai has been involved in an accident at Dubai International Airport.
There were 275 passengers and crew on board. Our main priority at this time is the safety and wellbeing of all involved and full co-operation is being extended to the authorities and emergency services managing the situation."
All passengers were taken to safety. All flights are currently diverted either to Maktoum International Airport or Sharjah International Airport. Right now, all departure flights from Dubai International Airport were delayed until further notice.
