Telangana BJP leaders are introspecting the party prospects in the wake of its alliance partner TDP's supremo, AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu getting caught in video luring TRS MLA Stephenson in the recently held MLC elections.

They are of the opinion that if they are in alliance with TDP they can never grow on its own and Revanth Reddy's arrest in cash for vote scam is turning out to be a bolt on the party in the two states.
BJP to ditch TDP
They feel supporting TDP will erode people's confidence on BJP but they feel at present BJP national leadership may not be ready to ditch TDP but prefer to wait for the court order.
Telangana BJP feels if they ditch TDP, TRS may come fotr alliance and they even cite TRS MP Kavitha's utterences on various occasions to support BJP. Some sections however feel, KCR will not leave Owaisi's MIM in a hurry. But analysts say BJP will kick TDP out after the GHMC elections.
