In tamil Nadu, you can get COVID-19 vaccination at your doorstep if your apartment or complex has more than 100 people who are above 45 years of age. The bulk vaccination registration has already been opened from saturday by the Greater chennai Corporation (GCC). The registrations have been opened for big companies, NGOs, communities, and resident welfare associations. 

The Second Wave of Corona has caused huge destruction among the entire state of tamil Nadu and the number of positive cases has already crossed more than 33000. The number of deaths also increased to a new high. This situation has already gone out of hand and the government is taking various steps to ensure they control the spread. 

Already, a lockdown is issued and several restrictions have been imposed. chennai City Commissioner Gagandeep Singh Bedi said that they are not yet satisfied with the numbers. They want to vaccinate at least 30,000 people per day. He requested people to go to the nearest camp in order to get vaccinated.
