A few weeks ago we reported about COVAXIN trials taking place at various places such as AIIMS, delhi and Meditrina Institute of Medical Sciences, nagpur and now AIIMS Chief has revealed that all the results will be out in september month mostly and after that, the vaccine for Children will begin in India. 


The COVAXIN vaccine has already got a green signal from the drugs Controller General of india and then the phase II/III trials started immediately for children who are in the age group between 2 to 18 years and this took place in various sites and now the results are expected to come out. The permission from DCGI was got on May 12, 2021, and immediately Bharat Biotech began the new phase of trials and now they have separated the age group of Children and the tests are being conducted. 


A report on every age group will be made and everything will be revealed in the month of September. In this report, it would be obvious that which vaccine would be safe for the Children and what age group Children will be affected most during the third wave which is also expected during the same period of time. There are lots of experts telling the third wave will be affecting kids mostly and we need to be cautious.
