Rahul Gandhi: adani and Prime Modi are one!!!
Rahul gandhi, the leader of the congress, claimed on sunday that "Gautam adani and prime minister Narendra Modi are one" as he questioned why bjp officials defended the businessman in Parliament.
I questioned gautam Adani's connection with prime minister Modi while criticising him in front of the house of Representatives. The businessman was defended by the government and its officials, "Gandhi said during a plenary meeting of the congress in Raipur.
"Questions about adani cannot be raised in Parliament... gandhi continued, "We will keep on probing until the truth is revealed.
Gandhi claimed that Modi was protecting adani because he refused to order an investigation into the claims made against the industrialist by US-based research company Hindenburg Research during the budget session of Parliament. He insisted that the questions directed at the prime minister went unanswered.
"I'm not completely satisfied, but it does reveal the reality. There was no mention of a probe. He should have given his permission for a probe if he is not a friend.
The prime minister said nothing about benami money changing hands and there was no investigation into shell companies in the defence industry. The prime minister is unmistakably defending him, "Gandhi told reporters following the prime minister's response to the president's speech' motion of thanks.
