The delhi government on thursday (September 28) launched a mobile application to enhance the educational
experience of students and teachers and empower them to raise and voice school-related concerns. Delhi
government officials gave this information.
Problems will be solved in government schools
According to officials, the Directorate of Education’s Inspection App has been designed in such a way that
students and teachers can be empowered to voice their school-related concerns and ensure that their concerns are
addressed. The Directorate of education said in a statement, students and teachers can use this app through their
identity card. This is a step to bring a revolutionary change in the way problems are solved in government
schools of Delhi.
Education minister Atishi expressed happiness
The Directorate of education said that this app will play an important role in disseminating information and
streamlining and digitalizing the inspection of essential features like infrastructure, supplies, midday meal,
stationery and uniform related issues. While mentioning the features of this app, education minister Atishi said
that the government led by chief minister arvind kejriwal is committed to start using new technology to make
the lives of students and teachers easier. He said that with the help of this app, students facing challenges like
lack of adequate desks, benches or blackboards can bring these issues to the notice of their principal. Once
teachers and students submit their concerns, they can track the status of their complaint in the app itself. The
entire process of handling complaints and queries will be monitored by Sub district education Officers at the
regional, district and headquarters level.
