The conflict between congress and the AIMIM party has gotten worse as Telangana's elections get closer. The AIMIM floor leader and Chandrayanagutta mla Akbaruddin Owaisi made sensational comments against congress leader sonia gandhi and tpcc president revanth reddy days after tpcc president A revanth reddy referred to asaduddin owaisi as "Nizam, who stays on a hillock," and said that he will see to whom the hyderabad (Parliamentary constituency) belongs.

"Whichever party governs Telangana—BRS or Congress—should follow and pay attention to what we say. Otherwise, we'll show them the door," Akbaruddin said. The congress leaders should avoid the AIMIM party, according to the AIMIM floor leader, lest it expose their true station.
