For the first time in madhya pradesh assembly elections 2023, it was seen that not only congress but also many
leaders of bharatiya janata party (BJP) rebelled and contested the elections. These leaders caused harm to their
own parties, due to which there were upsets on many seats. These seats include many seats including Badnagar,
Mahidpur of ujjain district, Javra, Alot of Ratlam district. It has become clear from the results of Madhya Pradesh
assembly elections that this reversal has happened due to triangular contest on many seats.
Pratap arya rebelled against bjp and contested the election from Mahidpur seat of ujjain district, due to which
party candidate Bahadur Singh Chauhan lost by a small margin. He was defeated by congress candidate Dinesh
Jain by 285 votes. Same thing was seen in Badnagar also. Earlier, congress had made Rajendra Singh Solanki its
candidate for Badnagar assembly seat. Later again congress gave ticket to mla Murli Morwal. After that,
Rajendra Solanki rebelled against congress and opened a front on this seat, due to which BJP's Jitendra Pandya
won by 36,000 votes. If the votes of the congress rebel and the official candidate are added, they would be much
more, but the congress rebel increased the problems of the congress by getting 31,005 votes.
Congress reaches third position in Alot
BJP's Rajendra Pandey also won in Javra. Here, independent jeevan Singh caused damage to congress in Sherpur.
If we talk about Alot in Ratlam district, here also former congress MP Premchand Guddu rebelled and contested
the elections as an independent, due to which BJP's victory became easy. In the election results, Guddu stood
second, while Congress's official candidate Manoj Chawla reached third place.
