The bharatiya janata party (BJP) is strategically focusing on securing the maximum number of seats in the upcoming parliamentary elections in Telangana. The party, from prime minister Narendra Modi to MPs, is actively expressing confidence in returning to power at the centre in the next elections.

The election Committee of the telangana bjp has taken a significant step in this direction by deciding to send the names of five aspirants from each of the 17 lok sabha seats in telangana to the national leadership of the BJP. It is reported that a list of five potential candidates for each lok sabha seat has already been prepared, and these details are expected to be sent to the national leadership before the first meeting of the BJP's National election Committee.
The party is engaging in a comprehensive candidate selection process, incorporating various surveys, social mobilizations, and consultations with local leadership. In a meeting held on february 12, leaders of the bjp state committee and the election management committee discussed preparations for the lok sabha elections. bjp state president kishan reddy emphasized the importance of securing a majority of seats in the parliamentary elections.
The meeting delved into the political landscape at the field level in telangana, covering aspects such as candidate selection, strengths, and social equations. The leaders stressed the urgency of completing the candidate selection process promptly. It is anticipated that the main competition in the telangana lok sabha elections will be between the bjp and Congress, and the leaders are determined to convey this to the public.
As part of their election strategy, the bjp leaders have decided to conduct a bus trip with the goal of securing the maximum number of seats in the upcoming elections. Additionally, discussions were held on the party manifesto and the Rathayatra scheduled from the 20th to the 29th of the month. The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to implementing programs directed by the 35 committees previously established for the bjp parliament elections.
