A dispute broke out between two parties in the Sadar area of Sagar district of madhya pradesh on saturday (30 March) night. It is being told that an e-rickshaw driver was going to play religious songs. During this time, he and his companion were beaten severely by people of a particular community. Also, during the rescue, a young man was attacked with a knife. After this people from both sides gathered. As soon as the news of the incident was received, a large number of police forces arrived. police fired tear gas shells and used mild force to disperse the crowd. SP abhishek Tiwari and other officers remained present in the Sadar area till late at night. At present the situation is completely under control.
Kent police has registered an FIR and arrested more than 15 people. Section 144 is in effect due to the election Code of Conduct. Due to this, crowd gatherings, etc. have been banned. Regional bjp mla Pradeep Lariya, who reached the spot, has said that strict action will be taken against the culprits.

The police fired 10 to 12 rounds of tear gas shells and used batons to disperse the crowd. As soon as the said case gained momentum, people from the victim's community gathered at the police station in large numbers and started demanding immediate action. The police team including the Superintendent of police and Additional Superintendent of police reached the spot and inspected the entire incident.
