Samantha Ruth Prabhu talked about growing up without access to luxury on her podcast Take 20. She thus disclosed that she started to value accomplishment right away. Consequently, the kushi actor stated that she believed that slowing down and taking a vacation represented "weakness."


Samantha and her friend and health coach Alkesh Sharotri discussed the fight-or-flight reaction of the human body in specific scenarios in their podcast episode. The actress told IANS, "I used to think that exhaustion and the need for rest were signs of weakness." The actress was diagnosed with myositis, an autoimmune disorder. I took great pride in my hustler lifestyle, which allowed me to function well on only six hours of sleep and achieve remarkable productivity all day long. She remembered working for thirteen hours a day, "tirelessly," without taking a break.
 

"Success was my focus from an early age because I didn't have a luxurious childhood," the actress continued. I was constantly under tremendous pressure to "Make It" in life. "Continually fed with the notion that I wasn't good enough, so that became an intense motivation for me to succeed at any cost," she continued, recalling a time when she felt unworthy.
